A Woman Of Hidden Talents

This is the second tribute to my lovely wife, Tricia. Not only is she Number Two in my life, but she is a woman of hidden talents. She is a writer!

You may remember that we recently had a shutdown of her cloning facility (you can read a little about it here). Well, a couple of days afterwards, she wrote one of the more remarkable things I’ve ever read. And this from someone who is untrained in the ways of this stream of the Force. I knew she had some undiscovered talents in there somewhere. What a wonderful discovery.

And with no further ado, I share with you what she wrote. This is a Tricia Newell Original.

Prayer and pregnancy are easy to do.
Everybody can do the two.
But it takes special people to continue the prayer and even more to continue the pregnancy.
Often times when things get hard, people give up on prayer,
But with pregnancy it can either stop real fast or ends with a baby.
With prayer, sometimes you can see the effects with enough patience.
With pregnancy, it takes a family to help the patience keep going.

Prayer requires a full heart and deep relationship with God.
Pregnancy requires a full body from mom and a deep relationship with God, spouse, and family.
If a prayer is not supported with a full heart the requests will not be answered
If the pregnancy was not supported with the help of spouse and family, it will be twice as hard for the mom to continue.

Often times when we think of prayer we think of doing so when things are great and when skies are blue,
When in reality we should continue when things are hard and when skies are black.
Often times when we hear someone is pregnant we wonder when the baby is due,
When in reality we should think “I hope God answers their prayer.”

Prayer and pregnancy are easy to do.
Everybody can do the two.
But it takes special people to continue the prayer and even more to continue the pregnancy.
